Here at Accutemp, we believe in building relationships based on honesty, not commission. Some companies send a salesman that will spend 5 minutes looking at your project, then give a long 40-minute presentation where you get to listen to how you must sign up for financing on an overpriced project. Other companies offer a $59 or $69 tune up to sound affordable, then just try to upsell for new parts after arriving. The problem for those scenario's, is both the technician and salesperson know that the more expensive the job, the more money they get on their commission check, and that's not fair to the customer. We will never be a commission-based company.  I as the owner will be the only one to set pricing, and all my technicians and installers will be able to deliver quality craftsmanship to the project that is to be completed.
